I chose this bank for an SSI account for my disabled daughter, it a special account that I have to empty every month. Cannot deposit other funds, cannot save or let a balance roll to the next month. They canceled my debit card, and couldn't tell me why or who. They also said they couldn't reach me at my phone number, when i gave it again, she said, " that's the one we have in here " I've since decided not to get another card, it honestly helps me budget better and not get carried away swiping here and there. When I come for a small withdrawl or balance inquiry, they seem annoyed to have to deal with me. It's seldom I get a thank you, and often leave thinking, " geez, manners are obviously not free here". I'm a single mom, money isn't always an easy subject, it'd be nice to be treated kindly while dealing with a sore subject in my life. Switching banks for this account will cost me over $100.00. I feel stuck with their rudeness.

I have been banking at Rimrock for over thirty years. The tellers and loan officers are so friendly. These people know their business. They like their jobs!

Bank is awesome, website is straight forward. Easy to find.
