Is there worse than a 1-star?? We went to Quest Diagnostics to have a blood test drawn and were absolutely shocked at the rude and unprofessional behavior of the woman who refused to help us. I realize that there may have been a valid reason that she could not honor our request for a "kit" blood test to be drawn (time constraints, Fed-Ex pick-up schedules, etc.); however, it could have been explained in a pleasant and professional manner. We waited an extended period of time for help, and when the tech finally emerged from the back she snarled "WE DON'T DO KITS AFTER NOON!!!" No "I'm sorry." No explanation. No opportunity for us to even state our request. She was rude to us before we even had an opportunity to speak. I was absolutely appalled.
