The part i needed cost around $80 at Graingers. The same exact part he sold me was $230 (with his little mark up) I had Josh get me the part and I INSTALLED IT. His bill came to $380. I look at it like this. I paid him $300 for running after the part and $80 for the part. The other part that makes me think he is a douche is that he only takes checks made out to his personal name so he can take the check to my bank and cash it without reporting it for taxes. THIS GUY RIPS PEOPLE OFF!!!

This guy knows his stuff!!! Very reasonable and really good.

I had the displeasure of doing business with Orville Appliance Repair. They missed the first appointment without a call. They came to repair my stove and ordered a part that cost $150. When they attempted to install that part they broke another part and took parts of the stove with them. After SEVEN weeks in which I had called repeatedly, they never called me to report the status. I ended up without a working stove, missing parts. Paying $150 for parts that didn't fix the stove, a renter moving out and finally having to replace the stove. I will recommend to everyone I know to avoiding ever doing business with them. They cost me more than just money. Don't do business with themn!

I had the displeasure of waking to a warm refrigerator on a Saturday morning. I made several calls to many repair shops and was finally referred to Orville Appliance Repair. Within 45 minutes of calling, Josh made his way to my home, PART IN HAND, and had my refrigerator working as new in less than 20 minutes! This guy is a class act and I was pleasantly surprised at his bill. I had expected to pay a premium price for getting immediate service, especially on a Saturday! This gentleman has my business for life!
