Hired him to remodel our rental property. Left a mess in back yard, nails, garbage, and windows. I had to clean it up myself. Told me he would come back in two weeks to finish once it warmed up. I agreed to this payed him for stuff that was not originally bid. Last time he was on the property was in the first week in March. Told him that the tenants were concerned with their safety and their kids safety. Keeps on pushing me back two to threes weeks at a time. Now it's the middle of April and he told me he will be back in a few more weeks. The tenants have no AC or sprinklers system until this work gets done. If your looking for a contractor do not look here.
