Overall very poor from Rixh, the mgr to their employees, which isn't a surprise given his leadership

I've never visited Fireside Lanes, and after last night I never plan to! Staff is rude and unhelpful. Asked a simple question, "When do open lanes start?" and received attitude and an irritated sigh on the other end. So I brought my money to a company that wanted it. Had a very good time at Sunset. It's smaller, but staff was friendly and welcoming.
