Not a nice stay

We stayed at Dude Rancher Sunday June 16th. We arrived late in the day...... the person at front desk was very nice and helpful. However when we went to our room i was very disappointed... the floor was flilthy(carpeting) had not been vacummed before our stay. The chair in the room was also filthy. The room smelled stale ... The sheets and pillowcases were clean, but I was uncomfortable in the room. if it had not been so late in the day I would have went somewhere else. And to top it off we showed our AARP card and were told we would get the discount, but we did not. It was not a good experience at all. I would not go back there again.

Worst Experiance

I stayed at this motel approx. 3 months ago and was given an awesome rate because i have been friends with a member of the management team. After leaving was informed that they had not been given funds for 1 night that my credit card was charged. I returned paying and and my card was also charged for the amount meaning i paid that night twice. Returned for another stay and wanted to stay thru April 10, Nancy said that the G.M. Todd said we were welcome to stay as long as we wanted but was not given the same rate as last time. On April 1, Todd happened to be on vacation and Nancy advised me that due to the paramedics coming to my room for a medical emergency, and this being their busiest time of year, and the PBR being in town they could get more for that room and I would have to vacate.. This establishment is more worried about a dollar than their customers. I also had to run down housekeeping to get fresh linen, and my room cleaned. I recommend that people go to whatever extreme necessary to stay elsewhere.
