Founded in 2003, Liberty Elementary School serves more than 800 students in kindergarten through grade five. Located in Big Lake, Minn., the school offers various early childhood special education programs. Its physical education department includes team sports and cardiovascular and aerobic activities. The school s curriculum includes math, reading, English, language arts, science and social studies. It additionally provides various Title I and gifted and talented programs. The school also offers several before- and after-school programs. It has a parent-teacher-student organization that supports various fundraising events and extracurricular activities. In addition, Liberty Elementary School provides music, media, art and computer classes.
