When I first called they would not give me any information on their services BEFORE I would tell them who I have for medical insurance. When I told them, they said only a couple of people accept Health Partners. Thank God I'm calling to find a therapist for a loved one because if I needed help and was finally able to make the call to get help, this place would totally make me NEVER want to call for help again. I can understand a company wanting payment, but a place that claims they want to help people and the first question out of their mouth is about payment?!!! They need to get their priorities straight and find something else to do versus claiming they want to help people.
