Love this place and my dog does too. He has been going there for about two years now and I've never had a problem. Other places my dog would cry, but not once here, he goes right to them. The service is wonderful, two locations and great staff. Teddy loves his haircuts :-) :-). I highly recommend Susie's groom hut. ~ Sanela and Teddy

I bring my puppy here and she looks great when she is done. She loves going We have either Susan or Jen do her and they LOVE HER and take very good care of her. Last time we went she got a little cut on her leg they had forgot to tell us when we picked her up but called us after we left and let us know I think that was great that they called us!

Best groomer ever.. We took Gizmo to the groomer at the vet and we where not happy he didn't even look like he got his hair cut.. So I called susie's and was able to get him in with Nancy and he did an awesome job.. We will be going back for the third time next saturday and we are so happy.. I will tell everyone how great you guys are!!! Thank you!!

They are affiliated with Beverly Animal Hospital and the I have seen the groomer there with my dog who got skunked!!!! The groomer did a great job getting the smell out and she filed her nails really short!!!! She just got sprayed again!!!! Will be calling them again tomorrow to set up an appointment .......

Always have loved my groomer at Susie's!!! I use Nancy she is fantastic! I do not recommend the owner though! My dog is always groomed to perfection and I have never had a bad experience except for when Nancy was away and Susie groomed my dog. The grooming was not the same at all, so next time I will wait to see my regular groomer! Overall we love it there, and we love that they don't keep are pets all day! Normally I drop off at 9 and pick up at 12 noon : )

I have been bringing my 2 yorkies to Susie's for 2 1/2 years she is wonderful. My dogs always look great when we pick them up and she makes sure that they stay together in their own crate while they are waiting for us to pick them up. She is very accommodating in scheduling appointments and my dogs are very well cared for while they are with her. I highly recommend her.

When I brought my dog in for a trim I was leary of leaveing him there.Being the first time at a new place. When I picked up my little buddy and brought him home I noticed a little red mark behind his ear after further examination I found 2 more.There were 3 cuts behind his ear.After I called her and asked why she didn,t advise me of what happened and she called me a liar.I insisted that they were not there before she said FU and hung up.Please don,t use her there are plenty of groomers that provide better and more careing services for your pet.
