Heard about it and went in. Found out he didn't own the restaurant just leasing so there isn't much this boss man can do to fix up this restaurant. I had been in when it was the other dump of a restaurant.
Well, all in all the restaurant look has come a long way, i like it.. it has a lot of hard surfaces which makes it louder which is understable... the food is awesome. Our waitress, a beautiful young girl, whom introduced herself as Violet. She was thorough and made us feel at home. My wife especially thought she was professional and a charming girl, a plus. She also explained things and let us know about their pizza special day, which is on Tuesdays. Another plus, especially when his pizza is perfectly put together. The right amount of ingredients all put together. The pizza man is the boss which is also awesome. I give that man alot of credit. Putting in long hours and cooking customers up some hard to top pizza. He definitely has got some skills in pizza tossing as well, kept my family entertained for a few minutes. Everyone should try it out, they work hard in there. Pizza man/boss and chef man all working hard and alone without right hand men helping them out. They're hard work ethic shines through and there may be a wait but the end result is worth it. Folks do not bash until you try and even if you try and pizza is a little well done or burned, think before you speak. We are only human and humans make mistakes, people get busy and things aren't bound to always be perfect. God knows everyone isn't. Put yourself in other's shoes and try it again. God bless Valentino's and their hard working crew. I hope to see wonderful things happen with them and eat whatever they may offer.

Decided to try the new, local pizzeria. I had heard a few great things from friends that had gone earlier in the week, when they had first opened. The tomato sauce was just perfect and I don't rave about tomato sauce too much and on top of that, we ordered a deep dish pizza. OMG was my reaction, out of this world. It was packed so it is understandable that there would be a delay but other than that the service was great and definitely the best food around! If I could give it 10 stars I would. The rave about this place is on and the word will spread fast. Wish them the best of luck, great spot.

My husband and I went with another couple and we ALL agreed, we would definitely go back! Michelle was our waitress and she was great...everyone was very polite. They have only been open since Tuesday the 10th, give them a chance, everything is fresh made to order, so it's gonna take time....if your in a hurry go to a fast food restaurant.....we were there at 5:00pm, had excellent service with Michelle, and by 5:30 - 5:45pm the place was swamped and them waitresses were working their butts off and trying to accommodate everyone....I give them thumbs up all the way..

My husband and I went there for dinner tonight, awful is an understatement. The air conditioning wasn't "working" is was we got told we had to bring our stroller fan in from the car to keep the kids cool because it was so uncomfortable in there. we waited 20 minutes for a table which is to be expected in a new business. when we got seated we waited another 15 minutes for our server to come to our table, she didn't even introduce herself or tell us her name. We ordered a antipasta salad and a large pepperoni pizza, the salad was very small for being a six dollar salad. When the pizza came out it was burnt on the bottom and super greasy. When we said something to our waitress about it she got very rude and argumentative. Instead of trying to fix the problem, she thought it was better to argue with the customer. She told us she has been in the restaurant business for years and it's common sense that a pizza is supposed to be greasy. Even though I blotted the pizza twice with napkins it still had grease on it. When I realized we obviously weren't going to see eye to eye and was tired of her arguing I asked for the manager. The female owner came to our table and apologized she did offer to make us another pizza but by this point I was ready to just got home. We got our check and paid and left. We will never be going back there again. Warning to others don't waste your time or money here.
