Laura's demeanor was rude and she tried to charge much more than what she said she would. If you insist on coming here, get the price in writing in advance as she tried to charge me much more than she said the cost would be. She was also very rude. We ended up having to scramble to find a good place for alterations a few short weeks before a wedding! (Brides and bridal parties, beware, as this is a very unpleasant predicament, and you don't want anyone from your bridal party calling you about such situations with the alterations.) Why go through such an unpleasant experience, there are many wonderful places around the city whose work is impeccable and that treat customers well, e.g., Elegance in Brentwood.
