Unfortunately I've moved out of Bettendorf to NW Missouri and I still haven't found another chinese restaurant that compares to Fortune Gardens. I still haven't found another chinese restaurant that fixes Hot Braised Chicken Wings like they do nothing even close. I can't wait till I can get back there again.
