My experience has been great. I feel you must be wary of reviews that are written by those who try to manipulate the system and don't get thier own way. I have been treated with respect, been able to express my opinions in class. Everyone is given almost equal time, sometimes clients hog the spitlight. Counselor does what he or she can to prevent this without being rude. The staff is very much qualified. Sam, Carla @ Meagan seem to enjoy thier occupation and it us felt by those who attend the classes. The time goes fast, simply because counsellors know how to get everyone involved. There are some boring moments, it's just gonna happen. Someone just plays the poor pity me party and we want to slap them, but we deal with it. Overall, I look forward to going to the groups. I'm way past having alcohol in my life, but I enjoy the classes and it sub consciously keeps me living my life the way I enjoy it best
