When my girlfreind had a issue at work we contacted George Kounoupis. He sent one letter to her HR department. A few days latter, my girlfriend was called into the office, they were just about falling over themselves aplolgizing for the misunderstanding. I don't know what was in that letter, but I know that it saved my girlfreinds job!
