went to pick up our clock today, which he has had since 2014, fixed or not. I was told by the owner that he had it at home... That is completely unacceptable. At no time did he ever mention he may take if off the premises. He told me to come back tomorrow. I said we have been hearing the same story for months. I told him i was willing to come to his house tonight... He hemmed and hawed and told me he had some house calls and probably wouldn't be back until 7. I said that is fine with me. He said he is willing to deliver it tonight. I gave him my number and he promised he would call tonight. We shall see. In the meantime, I am notifying the BBB.
