HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! SCUMBAG COMPANY!!! They made me sit around all day waiting for my car to be ready. I was finally picked up after 2pm when I was supposed to pick up a car in the morning. They acted like they had no idea I was coming even though I had the reservation for a month. They didn't have an intermediate car, as I requested, so they stuck me in a minivan that was DIRTY and EMPTY. I was running so late that I didn't thoroughly inspect the car for damage, and when I returned the car they tried to pin all this damage on me. I had to call the regional supervisor to get the charges dropped. It was ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!! The manager, Chris, in Bethesda left me crying in his office for an hour while he rattled off the damage that he was claiming I was responsible for. I was taken advantage of as a young woman by Enterprise. This was my first experience with Enterprise and I can assure you it will be my last. Instead of gaining a customer, Enterprise lost one for sure. Had this experience gone smoothly, I would have been happy to rent from Enterprise frequently. My whole experience was an absolute nightmare, and I am so very angry and disappointed. I have no choice but to make others aware of how I was treated at Enterprise, in the hopes that no one will make the mistake of giving Enterprise any more business and going through what I was put through.
