Provided by YP.comThe worst experience at Apple store ever!!!! Keith (manager) and staff seem entirely clueless when it comes to basic tech questions and are unable to help. The so called Genius bar is nothing but a bunch of high school drop-outs who rely on an app that guides them on how to solve any technical problem. If you still love Apple products then try Bethesda Row or Georgetown stores.
