I am a customer of the Apple Store. I recently purchased an iphone 6 and 6plus. the representative was Nick Taylor. I have been to the store 2 more times within the last 2 weeks. Each time, both my husband & self I waited to see him. I just want to commend Apple for having employees such as Nick. He was diverse about the phones, applications, and various tools/apps. He was patient and courteous. He knew the product. His customer service was on point. He is a wonderful young man. I wish there was more like him. I just want Apple to know they have a wonderful employee in Nick Taylor, at the Apple Store in Montgomery Mall. I wish Nick a world of Blessing and Success. Thanks Nick from Mr. & Mrs. Simms

The worst experience at Apple store ever!!!! Keith (manager) and staff seem entirely clueless when it comes to basic tech questions and are unable to help. The so called Genius bar is nothing but a bunch of high school drop-outs who rely on an app that guides them on how to solve any technical problem. If you still love Apple products then try Bethesda Row or Georgetown stores.
