I went in for highlights and lights and trim ....and hair dresser looked young but she listened to what I wanted and the color and cut turned out amazing !! I will definitely be going back !

The girl that did my hair looked extremely young but I was told she has much experience in color. Apparently not, as she put on color on while my hair was wet, which has NEVER been done in my 12+ years of salon experience. Obviously, she was in a hurry to go home. She pulled my hair when combing and did not engage in any kind of talk with me at all. She had her friends in to give them free hair cuts and they brought their dogs with them. She spent her time talking with them and the shampoo girl, who was obviously a friend of hers. She was so hasty with coloring my hair that she got hair color in my eye to which she simply said "oh" and smeared it with a towel. I had to wipe the rest off with my hand. She got hair dye all over my head which she did clean a bit up but then was planning to leave the rest until I asked her to please get it all off my head.



The result? The color is not even and certainly not vibrant. I've not even washed it yet (i'm honestly afraid it will completely wash out when I do) and it is already dull and patchy looking.



I called the owner to complain and he pretty much took the attitude that if I didn't like it, I could come in and get it fixed. He defended putting color on my hair when it was wet and seemed to not have a problem with the unprofessional, rushed way I was treated.



The place certainly is reasonably priced compared to my previous salon. But considering I will have to now pay twice for the same service (I will have to go back to my previous salon to get my hair fixed, I would not trust them to touch my hair again), I don't think it was a very smart choice on my part.
