Officer Mathew Fogarty has restored my faith in humanity! My husband was in a car accident on January 23 and officer Mathew was the first on the scene. He recognized my sons Sefer Torah and made sure to put it away safely and shipped it to me right away. He also sent along this beautiful letter I attached.

I have no words to thank you. You have reminded me how amazing human beings can be! Unfortunately we forget because we see so much of the evil part of human beings. I’m sure you as an officer can attest to that.
