Never ever use this company!!!!! Unless you are willing to sell your house to pay them! Worst prices on Windows and Labor!!!

I had used this company in the past and the pricing was great about $280.00. When the same window was broken again I called and told them I was a little unhappy with the last installation because it fogged up on a regular basis between the panes. I requested a better glass be installed. They came out to install the glass and when the handed me the bill it was for $853.00 and I choked! The glass was 359.00 but if it's better quality no problem. It was the labor they charged that had my head spinning. I was charged 5 hours of labor at $90.00 an hour. They were here for less than two hours. When I called the owner he said I had to pay from the time they left the office until they got back and it was 2 men. At $90.00 an hour? They even charged $18.50 for caulking. REALLY? WOW! I will never use them again.

I found the staff nice enough but the work I had them do took an extraordinary long time to complete, was expensive and of marginal quality. I cannot recommend them.

The guy who runs this place is like crazy/scary. He seems very angry when you inquire about pricing. Completely and totally uncooperative. It's very intimidating dealing with such a mean person. I DO NOT recommend. There are too many other people who actually WANT your business. This guy just wants to run you off.
