Provided by YP.comIn my opinion, Ocar was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Not only did he hang out the phone twice on me but was extremely offensive and unprofessional in the way that he represented himself. He clearly stated "I do not care about you people (speaking about his client)." Additionally, as a tax accpuntant he does not seem to provide accurate tax information to his clients. I do not recommend dealing with him ad a person.
