Absolutely amazing work.
Marco's Digital Studio offers so much more than any other photographers for my Niece's Quince!

terrible costumer service/upset bride

If I could given them zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed and this was my last resort to put up bad reviews as I did not want to do this and gave them plenty of chances to redeem themselves. My complaint list is too long to post on here. Little to note is the most important one, their costumer service is the absolute worst. Im a patient man anyone can attest to thid statement. But my wedding was over 2 months ago and I still do not have my pictures ready or video. That is not the worst part. The worst part is there is no communication of this from the company. My wife has called week after week and they give her false dates that our product will be ready. Just last week we were promised (for the 4th time) that our video would be ready by july 24th and it was definately not the case. What makes me more upset is they dont call or anything to let us know "hey were busy theres guna be a little delay" or anything. That would be much more acceptable. The owner himself said he would call us back for 2 weeks now and still no word. Im beginning to think we are getting ripped off. You can go to our album for yourselves (that is if they do not fix it when they see this) and compare the quality of our pictures to others. They are quite basic. They are better now that I called to complain but towards the end there is no effect and half our online album is basically pictures of pur guests with the backdrop. (Which the day of signing I mentioned I did not want and the owners father agreed with me)...the worst part is having an upset wife. Honestly they are jist pictures to me but seeing my wife so upset and sad from something that should be considered priceless memories is what mostly gets me rattled up. We have friends that went to our wedding and took pictures with theyre phones that came out better than some of the pictures. And I know the company is capable of better I just think with ours they did not give as much effort which is not fair. We booked your company off of the work you showed us when we signed. And we definately did not receive the same product or treatment. again I did not want to go this route but people as nice as we are can only be so patient. Especially when we are feeling avoided and ignored.

VERY bad service and photography, when I say bad I mean terrible. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone I care about.
