Careful of there quotes...they...

Careful of there quotes...they gave me one for $533 and when I got there it jumped another $100! I took a car for a front end alignment....not so good. Can't recommend this one to anyone.

NO Customer Service - HOW STUPID IS THIS?

I paid $350+ to have my 8 studs retreaded on Ford F350 Truck. When the job was done it was missing 1 of the lug nuts. I asked them to put a lug nut on it. What I got was excuses how it was a different size?! WHAT?! I have 32 Lug nuts on my truck and your excuse is ONE is different size? And that you don’t carry that size? They are in the business to sell tire and wheels which require lug nuts. Stephen of BIG O told me – QUOTE “It is what it is, don’t know what else to tell you.” This is customer service? I left and went to Auto Zone, bought a set of 4 (only way to but them) and put it on myself with my own crossbar. And NO, that ONE was not a different size than the other 31 lug nuts
