Called Jerry . Came out in about 1hour. Took care of my problem . Very happy ..Great Service..Fair pricing. If your not using Jerry's Antenna & Satellite you should be....

I called him early in the morning because my stations wouldn't come in. He returned my call within 15 minutes and was here later that morning. He had the antenna fixed shortly there after and his charge was very reasonable. He was a nice, professional man and I would recommend him highly.

Worst customer service experience of the year! I called Jerry 5 times and was finally able to get in touch after leaving a message. After hunting his place down (the 670 Broadway location doesn't exist), he showed me the Channel Master Titan 2 pre-amplifier and quoted me $130 and, with tax, he would "call it $140." He only accepts cash or checks so I left for the closest ATM. While there, I asked my wife to search prices on the internet. They were considerably lower. I called Jerry back, giving him the benefit of the doubt, and asked if his price includes installation. Nope. I told him that other retailers were offering the same equipment for half his price and asked if he would come down a bit for me. He laid on this spiel about having to pay shipping and handling and waiting for it to arrive, and that this was his price. I told him I would have to go the other route and he replied with, "Well thanks for wasting my time!" Before I could apologize, he hung up on me!



Needless to say, I bought the equipment on Amazon for $69.63 with free shipping (due to arrive in 7 days). On another note, his tax calculation was a little bit more than the standard 5.5%.
