A polite, man, serious about his business and interested in making his work look professional. He and his crew delivers, not only in the quality of trimming and removing trees, but in being on time and not "shorting" the contract. He first arrived to offer a proposal, and following the down payment, he contacted for a permit and then called me to arrange a date and time to begin work.
