Owner is a sweet woman who is very customer service oriented. While the selection may be somewhat streamlined, she is able to quickly sew whatever covers or linens you request. I called ahead, and she was willing to stay open until I got there to make sure I got what I needed (WOW!) I was extremely impressed with her abilities and I have washed my linens, bolster covers and table pads more times than I can count, and they are still performing and looking great!
