there have been multiple inconsistencies/breakdowns in the communication between Am Deliveries and their own customer service/delivery team and me the customer. I was never informed on multiple levels between needing to be home and a requirement for a signature. The actual delivery team leaving even though permission was given to a neighbor was the last straw and that’s why I needed to write this review . I would seriously consider hiring a new delivery service as this company obviously does not put Customer Service first.
