Ever since it has been open, Hi-Tek Communications has never let me down. They always have the best accessories for iPhones, PDAs, blackberries and any other phone you can think of. Shop at Hi-tek Communications.

These people at Hi-Tek are very techy. Located right on University Ave in Berkeley,

not too far away from the freeway, between 9th and 10th street, this is wireless heaven.

They sold me a Metro PCS phone and gave me $40 credit for my beat up used cell phone

and put that towards my new phone purchase. Not only that, they suggested I get a new number in order to get a free month of service for free. Since I was not attached to my number it was absolutely the best way to go.

Talk to Nipun Ajmani who is the owner and handles each customer with upmost care and excellence.

The lady on top who wrote the bad review probably doesn't understand that the 30 day policy is a MetroPcs Policy that

all privately owned Metro Stores have to abide by. After 30 days you have to go to a main Metro Store

such as the one in Albany or Emeryville. Also, as far as she getting only $10.00 for her phone,

she must have had a reap crappy phone for these guys not to give her more than $10.00. Physical

damage and water damage will not get you the full trade in value. Call them 510-843-9911. Their great.

If I were you I would find another place to buy your phone, this guy I spoke with does not stand by his phones, anything over 30 days you are a-- out, they say they will give you $30.00 to $40.00 dollars back on trade in but really can't tell you how much it will actually be until you get there, well if your going to end up giving me $10.00 dollars by the time I get there then it isnt even worththe drive my gas costs more than that! I am in Customer service have been for all my life this guy just does't have it!!.
