Customer service is ZERO. Have called multiple times regarding a new back-up battery.....each time I'm told "I'll relay the message." NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK IN 3 WEEKS. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM BONDED WATERPROOFING IN DUMONT, NJ!!!!!!!!

I wish I'd seen these reviews earlier, then I would have gone with the company in Ramsey. I had problems on and off with my basement. I had just had my downstairs bathroom renovated and I needed a sump pump for flooding. They came to my house and the owner was very impolite and brusk. But they were cheaper so I went with them. Now I'm trying to get them to come back to redo the water spots that keep coming up when there are heavy rains. Good luck to me on that!

As the other reviewer posted, we went with Bonded after a few estimates. Huge mistake! I also have alot of trouble getting in touch with the owner. Whenever I call their office, I get a run around from the receptionist who stated to me that "she just works there, she doesn't know what Lou (the owner) can get back to me". I had a french drain and sump pump installed last summer and during the recent heavy rains, my basement is now flooded again! Water is coming up through the cracks they left when they installed the french drains. Just getting someone to come back to your house to resolve the problems is a HUGE HASSLE. Not recommended at all.
