These guys are always *so* nice on the phones. There've been a few times I've forgotten my payment or had issues with the website's payment options, and when anyone from the store has had to call me, they've been nothing but cordial. I'm so used to folks being abrasive when they're calling to collect, but they treat you no different. We've had no issues whatsoever with the equipment we rented (a dryer) or the agreements made. Really great group of folks!
