These guys are great. They have fixed several appliances for very reasonable prices and once even diagnosed my problem, gave me a part number for it which I bought and replaced easily......they didn�t charge me one penny. Honest, respectful, and fair.

Bought a Grasshopper 727 EFI. After 2 years began to have engine trouble. Cobb s stated they do not have computer technology to diagnose problem. Now the engine has completely shut down and they have to carry it it another shop. This is costing me untimely delays.

I called grasshopper and ask why they have dealers in the network that cannot repair their machines, they brush it off as a Kohler problem.

Bottom line, if you buy from Cobb's and your engine goes down, you may as well have bought from the big box store that has contract repair shops.

Buyer beware if you look a purchasing a grasshopper from Cobb's.

I give them 1 star , as they are nice Christian, home town small business. But they need to be more upfront about their lack of resources to work on the mowers they sale.

I have four children so going without a dryer is not an option! I called Cobb when I needed them, got a great price on a dryer which included delivery, set up, and they took my old dryer away. Despite the fact that I called when they had already sent out their delivery trucks, they still managed to deliver to me on what I guess was a special run. Thank you so much !!!
