While Paul & Suzy are wonderful people, the cost of service is relatively high in comparison to the standard market prices. There is also a problem with Mr. Keast keeping his word. I have had to call Mr. Keast on multiple occasions when he committed to a date for an office visit only to find out I had to reschedule. The latest incident involved the same scenario when I booked an appointment about two and a half to three months ago, Paul committed to an office visit and yet again failed to come or call to reschedule. I wound up calling him about a week before he and his wife left for their vacation and Paul said he would come out before he left on vacation. Once again I was left 'holding the bag', and since they returned; Paul has failed to call. I am so completely disappointed with him. It truly is hard to believe this is the same man I knew when he was still working out of his house.
