I was hung up on twice by the manager Melvin after I paid money for an order that I did not receive. He then actually blamed it on me even though paid for it and yet still never received the product. He hung up on me twice and then denied that McDonalds does not have a corporate office. Melvin also had a young lady Lie and say she was the manager which was not true all phone calls are recorded

I have yet to have an issue with this McDonald's. The food is usually very good and they provide fast and friendly service.



I've heard rumors about the milkshake dispenser not being clean or them serving old chicken nuggets, but I've never experienced any problems with them. I don't usually order their milkshakes, so I don't know how they are.

The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is because of the fast service. I think Mcdonalds could be more sanitary and their food could be more high-quality. I personally prefer Wendy's over Mcdonalds for fast food because they have great service and quality food.
