Let me tell you about Korman:

I don't think there is a floorboard in my apartment that isn't nailed down. The dryer they conveniently provide in the unit takes 4 hours to dry three pair of jeans. There is also a bug invasion in my building, if you move here be prepared to purchase your own bug killer. No appliance here is energy efficient, I moved from a three story home to a one bedroom apartment and I use more electric in my one bedroom apartment and that is with everything turned off for 10-12 hours a day. The location on Neshaminy Valley Dr is kind of like living in the ghetto. If you have a pet, be prepared to put it up for adoption or euthanize it, Korman charges a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Also watch where you park your car, there is debris from chopped up trees that they failed to pick up (when the lawncare people come, they will shoot that stuff out of their mower onto your vehicle). Korman will change the way they accept payments in the middle of your lease term and they will also change the operating hours of taking those payments in the middle of your lease term). There are no weekend hours and they are open from 9-630 during the week. Also, if you do make a payment via credit card they refuse to give you a receipt until the following day now.



My advice to all people considering Korman is look somewhere else.
