I ordered a book with a delivery date of Dec 6. Today it is Dec 18 and I still have not received the book. What is frustrating is that I can't make contact with these people.

The phone numbers on this thread appear to belong to a pharmacy and an accounting company. The main number listed goes to a fax machine.

This company should be reported to the BBB. I am beginning to believe they do not exist, except to take money.

I am having problems as well. I placed order on 3/25/2015. I paid EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. It is 4/3/2015 and still not here. I track it but it supposedly sitting in Philadelphia PA. I don't know who is at fault: ebooksweb or post office but not very happy!

I had a terrible experience with this seller. I purchased a book/figurine set that was listed as "Very Good Condition" and it was missing half of the product. The book was supposed to come with 15 figurines and it came with none. Buyer beware! The product description might not match what you get!

I placed an order online with this company through Barnes and Noble on November 2nd. I received an email telling me that my order would be sent out on the 5th. Billing confirmation was included in that email. Today is the 20th! I had to call customer care through Barnes and Noble only to find out that not only did they not fill my order, but they didn't refund my money either! Oh, and I never received an email telling me why any of this happened!?! Lousy customer service, if you can even call it that. I will never use this ordering service AGAIN. They are terrible.
