i had an appointment set with 2 doctors for may 6,2010 . the office staff assumed my BCBS insurance would not pay so without calling to verify they canceled my time and gave it to someone else so i now have to take another day off from work and travel to Bennington . it seems to me that the office staff should check things out before they make decisions for other people . they do not know the situation or how much pain somebody might be in and i am sure that they wopyld not want it done to them i also feel that to give my appointment to someone else has incresed the cost to me walt wade 6 clatrkson lane rutland vermont 05701 phone 8027701098 or 8027478495
