Horrible experience ....I will never I mean never shop at this location again. I went to exchange merchandise and the way I was treated was very poorly. The associate from the jewelry dept came up to the counter and shouted at another associate and a manager stating that if they exchanged my items that they were going to loose their jobs. I felt that this girl who worked in the jewelry was very discriminating towards me. She insulted her immediate supervisor and another associate threatening that they would loose their jobs if they exchanged items for me when I witnessed three people whom where the same nationality that she was return items with absolutely no questions asked. This occurred on Sunday 10\20\13 and the rude associate was a old lady with grey and white hair and rotten teeth. She was working jewelry and her name started with a "C". Thank you so much to the manager who helped me. Her name also started with a "C". The manager was very patient during this situation and did as much as she could possibly do to fix the problem...
