Trottoria Sbandati is a traditional Italian restaraunt, and not the "trucked in frozen" stuff you get at those chain places found along Highway 97. Chef Sbandati chooses only fresh and/or local ingredients. Most of his recipes were passed down to him from his nonna, or grandmother, who taught young Yuri back in Italy how to cook in the Florentine style. There is nothing, repeat nothing, in Central Oregon, or even the entire Northwest, that even comes close to this family's quality and attention to giving diners a genuine taste of true italian cooking. We love this place!

The Trattoria Sbandati is a treat for me and my family. The food is wonderful, the wine list is great and the owners and staff are lovely. I believe that they are one of the best restaurants in Central Oregon.
