What nice people! They really did a great job on the car. Not one complaint possible. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Thank you so muchfor making my 3 year old car look new!

I was heading to my Redmond home from East Lake, when a kamikaze deer ran right into my car just North of Bend. The damage was extensive enough that I had to have the car towed. Not more than 10 minutes after the accident, Chad from Professional Towing was heading into Bend from Portland, saw my disabled car, turned around and asked if we needed help. He called for a tow truck, and in less than 30 minutes, we were back home in Redmond, and our car was towed to Precision Body and Paint in Bend. The next day, we picked up a loaner car, and I was able to get back to my home in Tigard. Greg and Simon handled everything with my insurance company, and it took a couple of weeks to fix my car. Because I was in Tigard, and my car in Bend, Precision Body even offered to bring my car to their Beaverton shop so I could pick it up. The service that all of you guys provided was awesome; you went way out of your way to make sure I was taken cared of. Thank you so much!!

This is some of the most professional , highest quality service I have ever seen. They fixed my BMW and my mechanic and my friends think its never been repaired! Plus Simon showed me the whole repair process! Picture and all!

The only good thing about a car accident is having a great place to take your car for repairs. We had over $10K worth of damage and were so fortunate to find this shop. The service was impecable and very professional. We were given a loaner immediately and the staff communicated well with us and the insurance companies. The car was returned to us looking and driving great. What more could you ask for?
