If you're looking for old-fashioned service from people who truly care, go to Oregon Feed and Pet. I went there this morning looking for some help with a chicken who has a prolapsed vent and Carey took me to talk with his wife, Trish, who just so happens to be a Vet and she took the time, to not only listen to my explanation of what was wrong with my chicken, but then walked me through how to treat her myself using sugar of all things to reduce the swelling. She easily could have sold me a whole list of things and I would've purchased them, but she was more concerned about treating the problem in an economical and proper way than she was in the sale. Because of this kind of service, they've locked me in as a lifetime customer!!

love this store.. best foods, great service (if they don't have a food or product you desire, they'll order it for you).. great selection of foods, treats, etc.. excellent service, excellent knowledge, attitude and the best, cheapest prices in town. Other stores sell same dog foods for much more. Love Oregon Feed and Pet and highly recommend it.

Not only are the folks here extremely courteous but they will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. I have a very food allergy ridden dog who can only eat a specialized diet. The same brand, size bag, and formula is $14 cheaper here than any other pet store in town. I also purchased a life jacket for my other dog that turned out to be too large. Upon return there was no questions asked and they even contacted the manufacturer to see if they can get it in a different color than what they had in stock. I got a call the next day. I've also priced chicken layer pellets and dog/cat vaccines and they are priced lower than other feed stores in Bend. These guys are fantastic and I'll be going here from now on for all of my critters!
