WOW! I thought my daughter’s shoes were irreparable. She scuffed the toes horribly bad. He had them looking brand new within 15 minutes! I posted a picture above. Wish I would have taken a before photo. What a fun friendly person to do business with. His shop is clean and conveniently located downtown. 5 stars!

Terrible judgement from the owner. If he does believe in a God it's not the one who sent his only son for our salvation so that we could all become children of God. I walked in and had several pairs of shoes and boots to be repaired and was denied service and told that the reason why was between me and God! Whatever that means? I am tattooed shaved head Christian who attends church and does tattoos. I also hold a bible study at my tattoo shop. Anyways I hope this man gets a grasp on who God really is. I fear for the judgement God will place on his sole for being such a malice spirited person. I am also sad for the many people he has had an opportunity to share Jesus with that he has honestly pushed farther way from God. If I were a stripper or hooker and took my boots or shoes in to get repaired and heard what he has to say I'd run from God not come closer. It's sad that this is how he uses the platform god has given him. Lord full of mercy and grace please provide a Saul to Paul moment for this man and help him not only to not persicute and judge other Christians but to be a vessel of the grace that you have so freely given. Make him a man of love, patience peace and kindness. Bless him with all fruits of the spirit and pull up every bitter root he has within. Thank you Jesus

Best shoe service in town! Don't toss your kicks get them fixed.

I am disabled and count on shoe alteration to walk properly. I bought a home in Bend and went to this shop to establish a new, life long business relationship. The owner said he would try. He did. I took 2 pair that he worked on home and knew right away 1 would not work. The 1/2 inch full rocker bottom he attached threw me slightly backwards, forward slightly is always better. I tried the 2nd pair, tried so hard to make them work, same issue, just slightly better. I took the shoes back and very kindly explained the problem. He didn't even listen to me. He just kept shaking his head saying he could never make me happy. I was very confused by his attitude as I recalled him telling me to let him know how they worked out. When I realized he wanted no part in even trying to correct the issue, I grabbed my shoes and left in a huff. A serious huff, I was so shocked, and felt wronged by his lack of respect and customer service. I later, after calming down, found a claim ticket from our original transaction.....it said his work is guaranteed. It is a false statement. He wouldn't even consider correcting my shoes! Sad part is I would have wanted him to correct the shoes and comp the cost, but I would have paid full price again to have something to walk in! Now I have 2 pair of shoes that I cannot wear AND I am out an additional 70 bucks for his repair charge! This man was just as awful as the first reviewer said, I didn't heed his warning. I wish I had. He actually yelled at me. I will send a request for correction or take this fraud to court.

I was denied service for no apparent reason other than judgement and condemnation. I do not understand why a buisness owner would be so rude as to deny service to anyone, that is a polite paying and even tipping client. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to leave the place crying because of how rude you have been treated!
