I was in bend for a couple weeks to see my family and we all went bowling at lava lanes. We ordered a few burgers when the place was EMPTY and it took them over an HOUR to bring us our COLD food, the owner then claimed it took only 30 mins then explained their 25 min service policy and ARGUED WITH US when we tried to get our money back. I timed the order and she was just plain lying at this point. Then later in the arcade my mom won the jackpot and the machine told my mom to call an attendant to claim her 900 tickets, so she did. The attendant then “couldn’t find” the key for the machine and refused to award the 900 tickets. I went and asked him what was going on and he said, “I don’t think she won the jackpot.” Calling my forty three year old catholic mother with five kids a LIAR. I couldn’t believe my ears. When my mom then went over to ask politely for her tickets again they KICKED US OUT! Hands down the worst service I have ever received anywhere by a WIDE margin, and it was from the OWNER. Ruined our whole night and my nine year old sister was IN TEARS. DO NOT spend a dime at this establishment.

Fantastic compared to your other choice in central oregon. Prices are on par with the rest but you get alot more. Better food, service and games! I would reccomend to anyone!
