I was hesitant to rent a storage unit anywhere after getting robbed at Public Storage with little to no recourse. Jamison Street Self Storage is near the sheriffs station and has never had a theft occur. Tammy was my first point of contact and she made me feel valued and respected. She is truly a gem. She facilitated my move in with the most pleasant demeanor and she is truly a pleasure to work with.
All the staff goes above and beyond.
The units are clean and safe and worth every penny I spent over the almost year I was renting.

I recently used this facility to store a new 911 Porsche and a S-6 Audi. This is an outstanding facility. It is well run. When snow descended upon us this winter it was cleared so you could get to your storage locker without a problem. It is always clean. And most of all I felt safe leaving two very expensive cars stored there during this past winter and spring/summer of 2018. I would highly recommend the facility to others and if the need arises again will not hesitate to use it again.

I was not excited about using a storage unit due to earlier experiences. I was very happy to find my items were in terrific shape , especially my Christmas décor of which I have lots. It was a pleasure to find it clean( not dusty) and no mold or mildew which can be a problem with outdoor items. All my belongings were in great shape and everyone there is always friendly and helpful.

Jamison is the best self storage in Bend. Super clean, very secure and the staff Steve and Tami are so amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure the place is squeaky clean and they are very helpful in every way. This place rocks!

We have had our things stored here for over 3 years. It is a very safe place. They take good care of the units.

I have stored with them for 2 years off and on, and I always have felt very confident that my valuables were secure. The customer service there was amazing from start to finish, and they even made my move out process easier by helping me. With storage unit insurance so high as to be prohibitive, it only makes sense to choose a storage facility that goes the extra mile to look after your stuff. The diligence of Steve and Tami (and the many 24 hours security cameras) give us peace of mind when we store our belongings at Jamison Street Storage.

Jamison Street Storage has been a GREAT storage facility for us--housing our household items from our move to Bend over one year ago! The facility is always clean and everyone is always so helpful! (Even the other customers are very friendly!) I appreciate how they sometimes put the facility "off-limits" due to dangerous conditions (ice and snow). It shows that they care about the safety of their customers. And the free use of a moving truck is definitely awesome too!!!

My storage experience at this facility was exceptional. The facility is clean, secure and managed very well. The use of a free rental truck is an added bonus! For a storage need -- choose this place over all others in Central Oregon! Great job Steve!

I rented a small unit for a few months and was extremely pleased with it. The place is clean; it's easy to get into and out of the unit and I felt my things were very secure. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Jamison Street Storage in Bend is quite simply the best in the business. You will not find a better, cleaner, safer, more secure storage facility in Bend or anywhere else.As for Steve and the staff, they are all incredible. Professional and caring, they'll take good care of you.There aren't enough stars or superlatives. They're seriously good folks managing a first class storage facility.

I had a unit with them for two years, and referred a couple of friends (who are also very satisfied). I moved into larger home and left for a while, and when I needed a unit again I came right back!Customer service is excellent here. Steve is awesome!

These were very clean storage units, even the movers said that when property has been in storage a long time, it usually is not in very good condition. They were amazed with the condition of our property. The people there were very friendly and helpful. I would use them again. They deserve a 5 star rating.

This is the best storage company in Bend. It's clean and secure and I always felt safe there. The staff is friendly and helpful! It was an awesome bonus to have the use of the moving truck!!! Five stars all the way!!!
