We went from looking at broken down old "Fixer uppers" to beautiful new homes. He was patient through the whole process. There's a lot of learning involved when you start getting out there. We had been looking at homes for months online and occasionally would drive by a home that caught our eye. Ken was very informative and gave us the perspective on a house from all angles. He was thorough, understanding, knowledgeable and communicated well with us. You can trust Ken to give you the best analysis of the home's situation. He knows what warning signs to look for and will not let you waste time. I would definitely recommend Ken Mucha if you are looking for a home in Central Oregon.

I worked with Ken Mucha to purchase a home. The transaction was Nov-Jan and involved a home in "Midtown."Some highlights of working with Ken: • Ken had a good sense for the market, where it was and where it was going. • Ken was very responsive and was willing to show houses under urgency because the good ones were going quick in Midtown. • Ken understood what I was looking for and was able to show me properties that were within my range from the home features, location, price, etc. • He discouraged me from putting an offer in on a property that I probably wouldn't be happy with in the long run. He was right.

If you are looking for an amazing, tireless, creative, personable buyer's broker, look no further than Ken Mucha. I contacted Ken over a year ago looking for a house in Central Oregon. As we are not from the area, Ken set me up with a computer generated search tailored to my criteria which Ken would change on the fly for me -- weekends and evenings included. In fact, it got to the point where I was embarrassed to call or send something to Ken after hours as his response was so immediate and thorough, no matter what the hour or day. After working with me for several months, Ken was able to narrow down my search considerably. As he is constantly viewing properties, I were able to contact him with properties that were of interest and he would give me his opinion. If he hadn't seen the property or I was particularly interested, Ken would go and view the property on his own and create a virtual tour for me. When Ken found that we eventually bought, we trusted Ken enough to place an offer on it without having seen the interior. We ended up with an amazing house that we love. I am so appreciative of all the effort that Ken has put into getting us this property. He is truly a wonderful broker. He is also extremely well connected and continues to be a great resource even after the house purchase. I cannot recommend Ken enough. He is easily the best broker I have ever worked with.

Tom Weinmann did an exellent job in facilitating our house and property purchase in Prineville, OR. He was always available to accurately and intellgently answer our questions and address our concerns.

We moved to Bend from out of state and had limited times/dates we could make it there to see houses. He worked around our schedule, spent as much time with us as needed and took us back to see houses we have already viewed, at our request. Ken helped me find my forever home. Ken was there for me every step of the way. When I got discouraged on not being able to find a home in Deschutes River Woods area Ken stayed very positive for me. After I did find my home Ken kept me informed of what each step would be in the process. They brought us no reasonable offers on our home.We were very disappointed when we found out the things they were saying about us. We found out from from an employee some of the rude and thoughtless things being said about us as well as other clients.

I am very impressed with Ken. He is quickly responsive to phone calls, texts, emails. He stays right on top of things, informing us all the way, especially of potential problems he wants us to be aware of. We were buying a low end property, so he could have put little time or energy into us, but we never felt he did.
