Came to wash my truck, inserted 8 dollars for the touch less wash and waited 20 minutes. The wash never started so I ended up calling the phone numbers posted on the glass door. Both numbers answered my call and hung up on me. I called multiple times after that and went straight to voicemail. Left voicemail message on both numbers and even texted them. Got a text a week later saying they were going to give me a refund. No refund yet and it's been 4 weeks. This place is a joke. Not your professional car wash. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

I just got my car washed at Car Wash Solutiins in Bend OR. I went to use the vacuum and it ate 5 quarters so I pulled up to another vacuum inserted 4 quarters and the vacuum had absolutely NO suction! I threw away $2.25. I tried to call the phone number for CWS and no answer! Very frustrated!!!!

Terrible job on my Honda Civic, had to go home and spend 30 min finishing the job! TERRIBLE! I paid for an $8.00 carwash...got screwed! Called the phone number...no one answers. Terrible business!
