I decided that all of you all oral surguns are behind the times. I called Dr Delizis office. He has pins but I am not gonna deal with his mean office manager, she scares me. He insists I pay for it up front since my insurance wont. Can you imagine that? I deserve a free pin... I am entitled to a free pin... It's my rite.

I just found out that the positive reviews on here were from the office staff at Delisi's office!###believe me - he may be a decent surgeon but they will charge you twice what any other surgeon in Bend charges and will force you to have evaluations and treatments that are not needed just to get the price up there.

The Billing manager is rude and both times we were referred to DeLisi was because he was available when the other surgeons were not. Both times we were ripped off by being charged considerably over $600 more than the other surgeons. Dr. Rogers is must better and their prices are more in line with what is customary. ###Delisi over charges and gets away with it by telling you he insists on doing cancer screens and other nonsense that was not requested or warranted.

I am very happy with my experience at this office. The whole experience was great!! I would recommend them in a minute! Thanks to Dr. DeLisi my infection is completely gone!!! Pain free treatment all the way acrossed the board!! Thank you all very much!

My husband is not the easiest person to convince to go to the dentist let alone an oral surgeon, but when our dentist told him that we would have to go to have his wisdom teeth removed we decided we better. After calling around, Dr. Delisi was the only Surgeon who could get us in within the week. Everyone else was booked out at least a month. When we arrived, the assistant took us both back. She was very professional and made us feel very comfortable. Dr. DeLisi was very kind and approachable. My husband was able to ask all the questions he wanted without us feeling like we were taking up his time. The surgery went very well and I was given plenty of instructions on how to take care of him. Though he was a bit +happier+ than usual, after being wheeled to the car and taken home, he was his pleasant self again and since his surgery has healed up incredibly well. Though our son is too young now, if we ever have any other oral surgical needs, we will definitely go back to Dr. DeLisi.

I am in awe of how much time and effort he and his incredible staff took making me comfortable, answering my questions, and genuinely making a difficult situation as pleasant as possible. I have never been that at ease in a surgeon+s office in my life and Dr DeLisi will be the ONLY oral surgeon that will ever be treating me, my family, and my friends.

They worked me into their schedule the same morning that my dentist called. Not only was I worried about having a surgical procedure but I was also very concerned about my finances. They made sure they contacted my insurnace company and worked with me with my portion of the bill. I have never been to a surgeons office that has gone above and beyond like that. The staff was so comforting and made me feel safe. I was amazed that I had no pain after my extensive surgery and the staff followed up with myself and my family the next morning to make sure that I was okay! What office does that now-a-days!!!!
