About a month ago I called B & D Auto Glass regarding a leak I had with my class A motor home; a problem I had already paid to have fixed elsewhere. When B & D removed the front windows ever so carefully, I was shocked to see the rusted window support damage that was due to not being taken care of properly the first time. They were able to repair the rusted damage and replace my windows with no breakage, saving me a tremendous expense. Larry and Terry were also extremely helpful in helping me resolve my problem with the original repair shop and taking care of the damage. They and their crew are the best!! Thank you ever so much Larry and Terry.

This summer we lost a custom window to our 2006 Classis Horse Trailer. The company was no longer in business, so we could not get spare parts. We tried numerous websites, web forums, RV shops and thought we had exhausted our chances of finding a replacement window with the exact hardware. Then, we happened into B&D Glass. Both Terry and Larry, the owners, went above and beyond customer service to find a replacement. The window part was easy, but by thinking outside the box, they were able to duplicate the hardware. In their perseverance, they were able to do what no one else could do. Will always recommend your shop. Also, the employees were fantastic. Thank you again Larry and Terry.

This is a top notch business that I would highly reccomend to anyone. They have been in Bend forever (I'm pretty sure they are the oldest glass store in town). I was impressed by their showroom and the waiting room. Great company with great people.

I TOOK MY 07 GMC TO B & D AUTO GLASS FOR A WINDSHIELD, AS MY INSURANCE CO SAID THAT THEY WERE APPROVED BY THEM AND THEIR EXPERIENCE HAD BEEN VERY POSITIVE IN USING THEM IN THE PAST. I FOUND THEM TO BE TIMELY WITH MY APPOINTMENT AND MY TRUCK WAS READY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. IT WAS CLEAN AND NO DAMAGE TO ANYTHING. THE WINDSHIELD DOES NOT LEAK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A PROFESSSIONAL JOB, IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANKS TO ALL AT B & D. BS

This was one of the shops recommended to us. Found this shop to be the most courteous and friendly on the phone. Scheduling was to our benefit. We were taken to our other appointments as promised. When we called for pick up sometime later, our ride was sent more promptly than expected. Our car was ready as promised and installation was clean and without any scratches to our vehicle.After working for a glass company for many years I understand what is involved in replacement and how important customer service is to the customer. The newer windshield require a curing period of the sealant required to install the windshield so it was necessary to wait after we returned to the shop. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean. Observing the customer contact while we were waiting indicated that the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend this business to anyone looking for auto glass. B & D also does home and commercial work and we assume the same experience would be felt then as well.Great job, Thanks! I called around looking for the cheapest price and found B & D glass not to be the cheapest price, but I did find out that their reputation is the best in town. So I had them replace my windshield and they did a really good job, really looked great. Also, it does not leak...MS
