I went in to Advanced Mobility on 04.23.12 to get information about buying a hospital type bed for my Mother. I made it clear to them that we needed one immediately. Dan said he had one and quoted me a price. I told him I would take it and our Nurse Advocate would be in to look at the particulars. She went in on 04.25.12. She also told them we would take it and asked them to put a quote together for the extras we would need for it. The said they would get that to her the next day. We never received the promised quote from them and I got an email on 04.30.12 that they sold the bed. I am shocked that we never even received a call to ask us to buy it immediately. This was not to be a frivolous purchase, it is something that my Mother must have and I find it unconscionable for them to sell it out from under us. We need a turning seat for her car as well and will not be spending the thousands of dollars that will cost with them under any circumstances. I wish there were a no star rating.
