Dr. Yousef and his assistants are wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Raina (older lady who runs the front desk) besides the enormous language barrier issues is highly rude, and unprofessional. Got a bill in the mail and when I called to discuss it she yelled, screamed, cussed at me and hung up on me several times. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me again. When I asked about how it was submitted she told me that's not her job and she doesn't have time to deal with that. Funny, shouldn't handling claims correctly be your responsibility and not your clients? My family and I love Dr. Yousef, but due to his front desk (I believe she's his wife) employee's absolutely irate, rude, and completely unprofessional manner, We will be leaving his practice.
